Method
Combine Aeroplane Create-a-Jelly crystals with 250ml boiling water. Stir and dissolve well.
Stir in apple juice and brown sugar and divide between 1 large or 4 individual glasses. Place in the refrigerator until set, then serve with vanilla ice cream.
Hints
Add 1 tsp of cinnamon to the jelly mixture before setting, and top with crushed Anzac biscuits just prior to serving.
