An innovative take on an Aussie fridge favourite. Turn your favourite cordial into jelly.
Ingredients
- 1 x 85g packet Aeroplane Create a Jelly
- 1 cup boiling water
- 60 ml favourite flavour cordial concentrate
- 1/3 cup cold water
Method
Combine Aeroplane Create-a-Jelly crystals with 1 cup (250ml) boiling water. Stir to dissolve well.
Add 60ml of your favourite cordial concentrate and 1/3 cup (80ml) cold water. Stir and refrigerate until firm.
