Honey Lemon Jelly
The tart citric flavours of the lemon are complimented wonderfully by the sticky sweet honey.

Ingredients

  • 1 x 85g packet Aeroplane Create a Jelly
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 60 ml lemon cordial concentrate or fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 cold water

Method

Combine Aeroplane Create-a-Jelly crystals with 1 cup (250ml) boiling water and 2 tbsp honey, and stir to dissolve well.

Add 60ml lemon cordial concentrate or fresh lemon juice and 1/3 cup (80ml) cold water. Stir and refrigerate until firm.

Hints

Top with fresh lemon slices to serve.
