Ingredients
- 100 g black licorice, chopped
- 500 ml boiling water
- 1 x 85g packet Aeroplane Create a Jelly
- Chopped licorice allsorts to serve
Method
Place chopped black licorice into a saucepan with boiling water and simmer gently for 10 minutes. Divide the softened licorice pieces between 4 serving glasses.
Combine Aeroplane Create-a-Jelly crystals with licorice liquid. Stir and dissolve well.
Pour over the licorice pieces. Place in the refrigerator until set, then serve topped with chopped licorice allsorts.
