Method
Combine Aeroplane Create-a-Jelly crystals with 1 cup (250ml) boiling water. Stir to dissolve well.
Add 100ml cold water and 100ml Rose water. Stir and refrigerate until firm.
Hints
Rosewater can be purchased at selected deli’s.
This is really fragrant and has a Middle Eastern influence.
Sprinkle with toasted pistachio nuts just before serving.
