PREPARATION
- 1 Combine the Aeroplane Jelly Lite Strawberry jelly crystals and 1 cup (250 mL) boiling water. Stir until crystals dissolve.
- 2 Whisk in evaporated milk and think and frothy.
- 3 Pour the mixture between 4 serving glasses and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until set.
- 4 To serve, top each bavarois with fresh sliced strawberries and yoghurt.
