Method
Place the mixed berries into the bottom of a long rectangle jelly mould or bread tin.
Dissolve Aeroplane Naturals Strawberry Jelly Crystals with 1 ½ cups (375ml) and pour over the berries and refrigerate until set.
Once Jelly has set, scoop out the softened ice-cream or sorbet and place on top on the set berry Jelly. Smooth the ice-cream or sorbet out until it covers the entire jelly surface area. Refreeze until frozen.
Once set un-mould jelly then serve immediately.
Hints
Note: Sorbet tends to melt more quickly than ice cream.
