Buried Treasure Pot
Ahoy! There be treasure in these pots! Choose your favourite Aeroplane Jelly flavour for this festive treat.

6 cups or 1 medium bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 x 85g packet your favourite Aeroplane Original Jelly Flavour
  • 1 x 400ml can pie apple or diced pear
  • 600 ml vanilla yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp crushed walnuts
  • 6 ginger nut biscuits, crushed

Method

Prepare your chosen Aeroplane Original Jelly flavour according to pack instructions, and allow to set.

Using 6 cups or a medium bowl, place apple or pear into the bottom of the cup or bowl.

Crush the jelly and spoon it over the apple or pear until it reaches half way up the glass.

Spoon the vanilla yoghurt onto the top of the jelly and top with a mix of walnuts and biscuits.

Hints

Replace ginger nut biscuits with butternut snaps.
