Method
Prepare the Aeroplane Original Port Wine Jelly according to pack instructions, and pour jelly in the bottom of a glass dish (sized to fit sponged cake). Refrigerate until set.
Place one half of the sponge cake on top of the set jelly and top with peaches.
Pour on top the Vanilla Flavoured Custard.
Top with mixed fruit, as desired and leave covered in fridge overnight to allow sponge cake to soak before serving.
