Dazzle your kids with Bubblegum Pink Princess Cakes! Flavour and colour kids party cakes with ease using your favourite Aeroplane Jelly flavours.

Ingredients
- 1 x packet vanilla cake mix
- 1 x 85g packet your favourite Aeroplane Original Jelly flavour (less ½ tbsp for the topping)
- 1 cup white icing
Method
Preheat oven to 200°C. Prepare vanilla cake mix up according to the pack instructions.
Pour the Aeroplane Original Jelly crystals into the cake batter and beat until thick. Pour batter into a lined 22cm cake pan.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the cake comes out clean.
Allow to cool then ice and sprinkle icing with remaining jelly crystals. For an extra high cake, make two, then sandwich together with some butter icing.
