Jelly Custard Cups
Top a variety of Aeroplane Jelly flavours with custard for an after-school treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 x 75g packet egg custard mix
  • 600 ml (2 1/2cups) milk
  • 1 x 85g packet your favourite Aeroplane Original Jelly Flavour
  • 450 ml water

Method

Prepare the egg custard with milk according to the pack instructions, then fill 8 cups with the custard half way each cup.

Allow to set in the fridge while making the jelly.

Prepare your chosen Aeroplane Original Jelly Flavour according to pack instructions; allow to cool, but not set. Once cooled pour over the set custard.

Place in the refrigerator to set until firm, and then serve.

Hints

You can also make them the other way, with the jelly set on the bottom, and the cooled custard poured over the top.
