Jelly Ice Cream
Make your own yummy ice cream using your favourite Aeroplane Jelly flavour.

Ingredients

  • 1 x 85g packet your favourite Aeroplane Original Jelly Flavour
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 2 cups cream

Method

Dissolve your chosen flavour of Aeroplane Original Jelly Crystals in boiling water and allow to cool.

Once cooled whip through the cream for 5 minutes.

Pour into a deep tray and freeze until icy. Whisk again and refreeze until solid.

Remove from the freezer 5 minutes before serving.

Hints

Scoop over Piklets or into a waffle cone. You can replace the cream with milk, but the ice cream will be more of an icy and gelati like consistency.
