Lemon and Jam Tart Trifle
Laced with plump strawberries and jam tart biscuits, the real hero of this trifle is the zesty flavour of Lemon Aeroplane Jelly.

Ingredients

  • 1 x 85g packet Aeroplane Original Lemon Jelly
  • 375 g Swiss Roll, sliced into 2cm rounds
  • 500 ml Vanilla Flavoured Custard
  • 6 jam tart biscuits
  • 6 strawberries, washed

Method

Prepare the Aeroplane Original Lemon Jelly according to pack instructions, and set aside to cool.

Spoon half the semi set Lemon Jelly into the bottom of a dessert dish, and top with the Swiss roll. Refrigerate until set.

Make up the custard according to pack directions. When cooled and thickened, pour over the Swiss roll. Refrigerate until firm.

Top with sliced strawberries and jam tarts, and pour over remaining jelly. Serve when jelly has set.
