Raspberry Ripe Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 x 85g packet Aeroplane Original Raspberry Jelly
  • 600 ml light thickened cream, whipped
  • 600 g chocolate custard
  • 1/2 cup (35g) shredded coconut
  • Shredded coconut, extra, to serve

Method

Prepare Aeroplane Original Raspberry Jelly according to pack instructions, and allow to set. Once set crush with a fork.

Divide the cream among the serving glasses. Spoon in the chocolate custard until it reaches half way up the glass.

Sprinkle the chocolate custard with the coconut. Top with crushed jelly and an extra sprinkle of coconut

Hints

For a lighter version use with low fat chocolate custard. We used Aeroplane Original Raspberry Jelly however you can use your favourite Aeroplane Original Jelly Flavour
