Ingredients
- 50 g Custard Powder
- 750 ml milk
- Sugar, to taste
- 375 g Swiss Roll/Jam Rollettes, sliced into 2cm rounds
- 2 x 85g packets Aeroplane Original Raspberry Jelly
- 1kg packet Frozen Mixed Berries
Method
Prepare the custard powder with milk and sugar, according to pack instructions, and set aside to cool.
Place the Swiss roll rounds into the bottom of a large glass dish, and top with cooled custard. Cover custard with cling film, and refrigerate until firm.
Prepare the Aeroplane Original Raspberry Jelly according to pack instructions, and set aside to cool. When partially set, stir through half the frozen berries, and spoon gently over the custard (cling film removed).
Refrigerate until set, and serve topped with remaining berries.
