What a sweet treat! This delightfully delicious slice is full of Wobbly flavour.
No. of Serves:
- 450 ml cream
- 1 x 85g packet Aeroplane Wobble Banana
- 1 passionfruit, pulp
- 200 grams lattice biscuits
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
Heat cream until it is just starting to boil and then whisk in Banana Wobble crystals until dissolved. Stir in passionfruit pulp. Allow to cool in fridge until almost set.
Line a square 18cm x 18cm dish with plastic wrap (or baking paper) and cover base with lattice biscuits. Pour and spread Banana Wobble filling on top of base. Top Banana Wobble filling with remaining biscuits, cover with plastic wrap and set in fridge overnight.
Mix together icing sugar and milk to make a smooth and shiny icing. Remove Banana Passionfruit Slice from tray. Drizzle with icing and cut in 9 squares using biscuit shapes as a guide line.
