Rocky Road Ice Cream
Munch into this yummy ice-cream filled with choc chips, pistachios, honeycomb pieces and soft marshmallows.

Ingredients

  • 1 x 85g packet Aeroplane Wobble Chocolate
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 2 cups thickened cream
  • 1/2 cup dark choc chips, chopped
  • 1/4 cup roasted pistachios, crushed
  • 1/2 mini rainbow coloured marshmallows
  • 50 grams bar choc coated honeycomb, crushed

Method

Dissolve Aeroplane Wobble Chocolate crystals in boiling water and place in fridge to cool.

Whip cream with electric beaters and beat in the cooled (but not set) Chocolate Wobble mixture.

Pour into a deep tray and freeze until icy. Whisk again and fold in choc chips, roasted pistachios, marshmallows and choc coated honeycomb. Freeze until solid.

Remove from freezer 10-15 minutes before serving.
