Your children will feel very 'grown-up' tucking into our Heavenly Strawberry Cheesecakes!

Ingredients
- 1 x 85g packet Aeroplane Wobble Strawberry
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 250 grams cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 150 ml cream
- 200 grams round wheat biscuits*
- Strawberry jam, melted
- 12 strawberries, sliced for topping
Method
Mix Aeroplane Wobble Strawberry crystals with boiling water and dissolve. Set aside to cool.
Beat together cream cheese and cream until smooth. Mix the cooled Strawberry Wobble mixture into the cream cheese mixture.
Cover a 12 cup muffin tin with plastic wrap and pour Wobble mixture into each muffin well. Place a biscuit on top of each. Cover and refrigerate for minimum 6 hours or overnight.
Once set, remove Cheesecakes from moulds.
Before serving spread each Cheesecake with teaspoon of strawberry jam and then top with strawberry slices.
