How do I get jelly out of a mould?
The best way to get jelly out of a mould is to dip the mould in hot water for between 5 - 10 secs and then gently loosen the sides of the mould.

How long can I keep the jelly once it is set?
Once set jelly can be kept in the fridge covered for up to 3 days.

What type of gelatine is used in your products?
The gelatine used in Aeroplane Jelly Original, Reduced Sugar and Jelly Lite products is of Beef Origin.
The Ready to Eat range contains a gelling agent called carrageenan which is a naturally occurring gum found in some varieties of seaweed.

Yes all Jellies under the Aeroplane brand are gluten free.

All Jellies under the Aeroplane brand do not contain traces of nuts or eggs.

What happens if all the jelly crystals don't dissolve?
Gelatine also known as collagen is a protein. It does not readily dissolve in water and therefore requires boiling water and vigorous mixing to dissolve.

Can I substitute different jelly flavours and products?
Many jelly products can be substituted for other flavours, for example any of the berry jelly flavours will work well across different recipes, or swap one citrus flavour for another. You can also substitute our Jelly Lite range for most recipes, however not if they require baking. Don't be limited by what's there in front of you... use your imagination, and make the recipes your own by experimenting with different flavour.
