Affogato JellyAn exotic Italian classic that literally translates to 'drowned in coffee'. An indulgent addition to your Aeroplane Create-a-Jelly.
- 1 x 85g packet Aeroplane Create a Jelly
- 200 ml boiling water
- 200 ml good espresso coffee
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- Ice cream to serve
- Combine Aeroplane Create-a-Jelly crystals with 200ml boiling water. Stir and dissolve well.
- Stir in coffee and brown sugar and divide between 4 glasses. Place in the refrigerator until set, then serve topped with vanilla ice cream.
