Apple Crumble Jelly

Apple Crumble Jelly

Two family dessert favourites Apple Crumble and Jelly, combined to create the perfect after dinner delight.


  • 1 x 85g packet Create a Jelly
  • 250 ml boiling water
  • 200 ml apple juice
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • Ice cream to serve


  1. Combine Aeroplane Create-a-Jelly crystals with 250ml boiling water. Stir and dissolve well.
  2. Stir in apple juice and brown sugar and divide between 1 large or 4 individual glasses. Place in the refrigerator until set, then serve with vanilla ice cream.


Add 1 tsp of cinnamon to the jelly mixture before setting, and top with crushed Anzac biscuits just prior to serving.
