Coconut Jelly

These smooth and creamy coconut jellies make a mouth-watering dessert and are so simple to create.


  • 1 x 85 g packet Create a Jelly
  • 1 cup (250 mL) boiling water
  • 270 mL coconut cream
  • toasted coconut shavings


  1. Combine Aeroplane Create-a-Jelly crystals with boiling water and stir until dissolved.
  2. Add coconut cream to jelly and stir to combine, pour evenly between serving glasses. Refrigerate until firm. Note: jelly may separate out into a milky layer and a white layer.
  3. Sprinkle with toasted coconut to serve.


For a more tropical flavoured dessert, serve topped with diced fresh mango.
