Coconut JellyThese smooth and creamy coconut jellies make a mouth-watering dessert and are so simple to create.
- 1 x 85 g packet Aeroplane Create a Jelly
- 1 cup (250 mL) boiling water
- 270 mL coconut cream
- toasted coconut shavings
- Combine Aeroplane Create-a-Jelly crystals with boiling water and stir until dissolved.
- Add coconut cream to jelly and stir to combine, pour evenly between serving glasses. Refrigerate until firm. Note: jelly may separate out into a milky layer and a white layer.
- Sprinkle with toasted coconut to serve.
