No Fuss Lime Pie

All the zesty flavour that has made the traditional Key Lime Pie such an international favourite, without the time consuming preparation.


  • 1 x 20cm ready-made pastry shell
  • 1 x 9 g Jelly Lite Lime
  • 1/3 375 ml can lite evaporated milk
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime, plus extra zest for topping
  • 1/3 cup low fat vanilla yoghurt


  1. Combine Aeroplane Jelly Lite Lime jelly crystals and 1/2 cup (125ml) boiling water. Stir until crystals dissolve.
  2. Beat jelly, milk, lime zest and juice together until combined.
  3. Pour mixture onto prepared base and smooth top.
  4. Chill for 2-3 hours until firm.
  5. Serve with low fat vanilla yoghurt and top with zest
