Pineapple Pina Colada JellyA tropical delight, cool and creamy pineapple flavoured coconut jelly with tangy fresh pineapple.
- 1 x 85 g packet of Aeroplane Original Pineapple Flavour Jelly
- 200 mL boiling water
- 1 cup (250 mL) coconut milk (lite)
- shaved fresh pineapple to serve (optional)
- Combine Pineapple Jelly crystals and boiling water in a medium bowl. Stir until fully dissolved. Cover and refrigerate until the consistency of a thick syrup (1-2 hours). Gradually pour in coconut milk and using a fork whisk until combined.
- Pour Pineapple Pina Colada jelly mixture into 4 serving glasses or moulds and refrigerate until set.
- Top with fresh pineapple to serve.
