PREPARATION

  • 1 Make Aeroplane Creamy Chocolate Mousse Mixes according to pack instructions and set aside.
  • 2 Spoon 1 tablespoon chocolate rice bubbles into 8 x 150mL clear plastic cups, then top with a heaped tablespoon of prepared mousse and teaspoonful of choc hazelnut spread. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  • 3 Cover and chill until set about 30 minutes. Serve within 1-2 hours of making so the chocolate rice bubbles are still crunchy.
