Lite Jelly Custard Trifle Cups

This is a delicious and impressive dessert or a tasty snack to have any time – you can choose.


  • 1 Prepare jelly as per packet directions, refrigerate until set firm (approx. 4 hours). Remove from fridge and roughly chop, running a butter knife through the jelly. Set aside.
  • 2 Combine the crushed biscuit and coconut in a bowl, set aside.
  • 3 In a medium bowl combine the yoghurt and custard powder, stirring well. Allow to rest for 5 minutes and then stir again until smooth.
  • 4 Divide half of the jelly, between four glasses. Top each glass of jelly with 2 tablespoons of the custard, followed by ¼ of the biscuit mixture. Divide half of the fruit between glasses, followed by the remaining custard, jelly and lastly, fruit. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
