PREPARATION

  • 1 Combine Aeroplane Jelly Lite Lime jelly crystals and ½ cup (125 mL) boiling water. Stir until crystals dissolve.
  • 2 Beat jelly, milk, lime zest and juice together until combined.
  • 3 Pour mixture onto prepared base and smooth top.
  • 4 Chill for 2-3 hours until firm.
  • 5 Serve with low fat vanilla yoghurt and top with zest
