Jelly Pavlova

Pavlova is an all-time favourite and this Mango Jelly Pav tastes like summer and comes together so easily. 


  • 1 x 85 g packet Aeroplane Original Mango Flavour Jelly
  • 1 x 500 g pre-made or store bought Pavlova (serves 12)
  • 600 mL thickened cream, whipped
  • 2 green kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
  • 3 fresh passionfruit, pulp


  1. Prepare Aeroplane Original Mango Jelly according to pack instructions and refrigerate until set (approximately 4 hours). Once jelly has set, crush with a fork.
  2. Place pavlova on a serving plate and top with cream, crushed jelly and fruit.


  • Make an impressive dinner party Jelly Pavlova dessert by substituting a large pavlova with store bought individual meringue nests.
  • You can use any of your favourite yellow Aeroplane Jelly or substitute the Mango Jelly with an Aeroplane Berry flavour and top with a selection of fresh berries.
