PREPARATION
- 1 Place 8 x 1 cup (250 mL) clear shallow cups onto a tray.
- 2 Prepare Aeroplane Original Blue Heaven Jelly according to pack instructions and pour evenly between the 8 cups and refrigerate until set firm.
- 3 Mix egg white and icing sugar to form a pliable icing. Divide mixture into 8 pieces and using your hands form palm sized, thin flat shapes.
- 4 Drape the icing over the marshmallows, decorate the snowmen faces and place onto the Blue Heaven Jelly cups. Serve.
