The creamy, vanilla taste that has made Panna Cotta one of Europe’s favourite desserts, is made even more delicious with the delicate flavour of Berries.
- 1 Combine Aeroplane Jelly Lite Vanilla Berry jelly crystals and ½ cup (125 mL) boiling water. Stir until crystals dissolve.
- 2 Add milk and cream and stir until combined.
- 3 Gently pour prepared jelly mixture into 4 Panna Cotta moulds. Refrigerate for 2 hours until firm.
- 4 To serve; dip moulds very quickly into hot water then un-mould by inverting onto serving plates. Top with fresh berries (if desired).
