PREPARATION

  • 1 In each container, crumble 2 x weetbix and add 100 mL of milk or water. Stir to combine and flatten with the back of a spoon to form the base.
  • 2 Prepare custard mix as per packet directions then pour over the weetbix base, dividing evenly amongst the containers. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hrs or until set firm before preparing jelly.
  • 3 In a large pouring jug, prepare both jelly sachets as per packet directions. Let cool to room temperature before carefully pouring on top of the set custard. Evenly divide the mixture amongst all containers.
  • 4 Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight for best results.
  • 5 If using, top with fresh raspberries once jelly is set or just before enjoying!
