Watermelon and Green Apple Popsicles

PREPARATION

  • 1 Combine Green Apple jelly crystals and 1 cup (250 mL) boiling water; stir until completely dissolved then refrigerate for 25 minutes
  • 2 Prepare Watermelon jelly as per pack directions. Pour evenly between 4 popsicle moulds (depending on size be sure be sure to leave room for the yoghurt and Green Apple jelly layers). Freeze for 30 minutes
  • 3 Once Watermelon jelly is firm enough spoon 2 tablespoons of yoghurts on top and return to freezer for 30 minutes.
  • 4 Pour Green Apple jelly mix evenly between popsicles over frozen yoghurt layer. Insert stick into the center of each popsicle. Freeze for 3 hours or until firm. Remove popsicles from moulds just before serving.
