Choc Peanut Butter Mousse

PREPARATION

  • 1 Place milk, peanut butter and Aeroplane Creamy Chocolate Mousse Mix into the bowl of an electric mixer.
  • 2 Beat on MED-LOW speed for 1 minute. Scrape down the sides of the bowl before increasing speed to HIGH. Beat for another 4 minutes, or until mousse is light and fluffy.
  • 3 Evenly divide the mousse into 4 serving bowls or cups and refrigerate for 1 hour, or until set.
  • 4 When serving, sprinkle top with mixed nuts and chocolate shavings.

Hints

Mousse is best eaten on the day and should be refrigerated until ready to serve.

Try adding some fresh banana, mixed berries or toasted coconut as other toppings.

Regular milk can be substituted with any milk or milk alternative.

Peanut butter can be substituted for another nut butter of choice.
