1. Empty contents of packet into a bowl and add 1½ cups (375 mL) of boiling water. Stir and dissolve well.
2. Add 1⅓ cups (330 mL) of cold water and stir.
3. Refrigerate until firm (minimum 4 hours). Makes 750 g of jelly.
Do not add fresh pineapple, kiwi fruit or paw paw as jelly will not set.
