PREPARATION
- 1 Pick the grapes off the stem into a colander, then rinse them well under cold water. Do not dry them.
- 2 Place the grapes into a large resealable plastic bag and add both sachets of jelly crystals. Seal the bag and shake well to coat the grapes.
- 3 Place the bag in the freezer and freeze for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight for best result.
- 4 Enjoy frozen or allow to thaw slightly

• You can try different flavour combinations using different grape varieties and jelly flavours.
• If you prefer your grapes to have a nice even coating of jelly crystals, you can roll them individually in the crystals and place them on a plate in a single layer before freezing.
